Spring special!

Last week held the promise of blue sky and warm air that comes as winter runs out of chill and spring starts to emerge. Today it seems as if it was just a tease as we don coats and run for cover from the cold rain. I shouldn’t be surprised; this is Melbourne, after all!

To encourage spring to come back, and spread a bit of cheer, The low FODMAP cookbook is having a Spring special!

If you’re just getting started with this low FODMAP diet, or feeling a bit stuck for ideas of what to cook next, The low FODMAP cookbook makes a great addition to your low FODMAP kitchen. You will find recipes for breakfast such as light and fluffy Buckwheat Pancakes, delicious Granola, and Bircher Muesli (yes, it is possible to still enjoy a good Bircher).

There’s a range of soups and salads, and dishes to serve on the side. Dinner is sorted with a tagine, a curry, stir-fry, and some slow-cooking. And for a sweet treat we have dessert and baking covered.

If an eBook is what you’re after you will find special prices in the iBook Store, Amazon for Kindle and Kobo.

Happy Spring!!

(oh, and happy Fall to our top-of-the-world friends)
