  1. These sound good, but its on the other side of the city for me. Will you going to run them anywhere else?

  2. Hi Cathy, this first run of classes will just be in Heidelberg. But we’ll see how they go and what we can make happen in Term 4…

  3. They are on the other side of the world for me! Will you post recipes here after the classes?

  4. I live in the USA but would love to know more about this plan. Will you be posting them on here? or video them and posting them.

  5. At least some of the recipes are sure to end up here…

  6. I am in country Victoria, so week nights are out, however would be really keen to do classes on a Saturday, if the opportunity comes up in the future.

    • I will definitely keep this in mind for the future :)

  7. This sounds great. How much does the course cost?

    • Hi Sarah, I’m just waiting on the final word on fees from Olympic Adult Ed; they set the price. Will post the $ as soon as I can confirm.

  8. I really wish I could attend, perhaps we could buy the recipes/materials or something is possible?

    • Hey, Julie, I will definitely give that some thought…

  9. This would be amazing for me too, but am on the other side of town as well and just couldn’t get there. My cooking skills are lacking at the best of times, can survive without garlic but am lost when it comes to no onion.

  10. ‘Heildelberg’ ????
    Is that somwhere near Heidelberg?

    • Oops, typo. Heidelberg West, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

  11. I’m in the USA too. I’d love to see podcasts of these classes. I know only one other person on this diet in my city, so I don’t have a community. There are probably others, but I don’t know how to find them.

  12. How I would love to, but they are on the other side of the planet! I hope you have a great time doing this. :)

  13. Can gluten and dairy free also be catered for?

    • Hi Amanda, Many dishes will naturally be gluten and dairy free, or easily modified, although, the focus will be FODMAPs. So, for example, oats are likely to be used as is lactose free dairy. Cheers, Nat

  14. Hi, these classes sound great. I live in country Victoria too and week nights won’t work but I also would be interested in a weekend class if that’s possible. Thanks :)
